Roles and Responsibilities:
- Effectively engaging with the customers and generating the targeted revenue
- Opening Demat Account
- Calling prospective customers and engaging with them to maximise sales
- Focusing on building long-term relationships with the customers
- Ensuring that the customer's information is maintained and updated in CRM
- Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement and taking periodic feedback from the customer
- Cross Selling of EdTech - Training Product
Qualifications and Experience:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
- Experience of working in BFSI/Stock Advisor would be an added advantage
Competencies:
- Strong Communication skills and self-motivated
- Needs to be innovative and bring new ideas to keep inclining the sales techniques
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and Negotiation skills
- Able to work well in teams and drive the teams whenever needed
