Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Effectively engaging with the customers and generating the targeted revenue
  • Opening Demat Account for Arihant Capital/Sharekhan
  • Calling prospective customers and engaging with them to maximise sales
  • Focusing on building long-term relationships with customers
  • Ensuring that the customer's information is maintained and updated in CRM
  • Ensuring high customer retention through customer service, consistent engagement and taking periodic feedback from the customer
  • Cross-Selling of EdTech - Training Product

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate
  • Experience of working in BFSI/ would be an added advantage
  • CTC: 15,000 to 30,000

Competencies:

  • Strong Communication skills and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills and Negotiation skills
  • Able to work well in teams and drive the teams whenever needed
