Roles and Responsibilities
• Work from Office role
• Source, screen and recruit candidates by using job portals, databases & social media - Bulk Hiring
• Screen candidate's resume and job applications & conduct interviews for sales/business development profile
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Branding of the Company amongst prospective candidates
• Onboard new employees for their smooth induction in the organization
• Participate and complete tasks assigned related to HR functions & activities
• Employer branding, promoting the social media platforms, community building & improving the reach of our job openings 

Desired Candidate Profile
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Capable to handle elementary to mid-level profiles
• Proactive, Energetic and never give up attitude
• Should have a Learning Attitude
• Able to meet given deadlines
• Tech Savvy: Good at MS Office, advanced excel, PPTs & social media platforms
• Excellent co-ordination skills with a sense of ownership

Qualification & Experience:
• MBA/PGDM
• Salary - 15,000 to 25,000 
• Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
